He is responsible for overall strategy development and cross-functional strategic alignment as the company pursues growth and development in a rapidly changing industry. Driving growth, profitability and international expansion in a fiercely competitive market, he combines a passion for business with a deep focus on the quality and timely delivery of the clients’ (Companies) requirements without compromising other stakeholders’(Personnel) interest. Drawing upon his experience across multiple industries and geographies, he is responsible for strengthening and building the company’s relationships with partners around the world to further drive the business.
Dynamic and enterprising from a young age, Mr. Niaz Ahmad, an engineering graduate with high levels of interpersonal skills always gives impetus to embracing new technology to give customers better experience. Niaz was trained under the experienced and revered Mr. Mohammad Aflatoon Siddiqui (of New Star Travels and Lion International repute), his father who is a very well known name in recruitment industry since last five decades.
