Power of attorney, demand letter and authorization letter is received from employer, submitted to consulate to know approved documents for that Country.
Release ads in national leading newspapers. Receive Applications and shortlist candidates. Submit to employer with recommendations.
Receive approval of candidates for detailed interview. Send Out interview Calls to candidates to nearest office in Mumbai or Delhi. Ask likely candidates to undergo medical exam prior to interview if possible.
Interview candidate, assess him during interview, take vocational and other proficiency tests and evaluate candidate specifically for job skills and generally for other personality matters. Depending on the post and type of Candidate required we choose specialists for the interview process to guarantee perfect choice of the candidate who will fit.
